Refund Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Not have been opened or unsealed other than for inspection

Not have been assembled

Be unused

Be in the same condition that you received it

Not be damaged

Be with the original packaging and labels

Be with its original packaging

Youʼll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you elected our assembly service and we have removed your packaging to be destroyed, you will sadly not be in a position to benefit from our returns policy. You would have been given a chance to inspect the products after assembly and before our team left your premises and you would have signed a waiver, accepting the item and waiving your right to return the items.

This does not affect your statutory rights to return defective products of course and goods which are damaged.

What will happen if my request is accepted ?

If your return request is accepted, weʼll arrange for your item to be inspected and collected only if the inspection is passed.

You will need to pay £100 towards the costs of re-arranging the collection as we will incur costs for the couriers and their staff to re-collect the item. We hope you will understand that huge items such as beds and sofas cost a lot of money to deliver and collect and we need to pass some of this cost on to you the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt because we will ask you to sign confirming the item to be in good condition. If you are not happy with the item, please let our delivery team know.

If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item; please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you,

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If you have used the item, the item has absorbed smells from your home or there are any signs of tampering, we will regrettably be unable to authorise the return of your item.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to select a new item for us and we will deliver the new item and collect the old item at the same time. You will incur delivery charges as usual.


Once we have inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, youʼll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

If you added the services to have your sofa or bed delivered and assembled, please understand that these charges cannot be refunded as part of our refund policy.

It can take some time for your bank, Klarna, PayPal or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you paid by cash, you will be refunded in cash.

Please allow up to 10 days for the funds to reach your account.


You can cancel your order at anytime within 96 hours from the date of delivery. just contact us and we'll cancel it and give you a full refund.
