When you visit our website

When an order is placed

In addition to information about what you’ve ordered this information is used to make your delivery, confirm your order, process your payment and ensure fraud protection.

In some cases, we may need to contact other companies including shipping, name and address verification, market research etc. These companies only receive the information required to do their service, and we ensure that your privacy is protected and respected. They are not allowed to use this information or share it with anybody other than Sofas & Beds by contract. 

For payment to be facilitated, your billing details are both encrypted and tokenised to ensure they are protected and passed through a payment gateway to providers. We do not save any payment or credit card information. 

To enable us to handle any warranties, repairs or returns, this data is kept for no more than ten years. At that time, the data will be either anonymised or deleted so it cannot personally identify you. 

 

Klarna

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

It is your right to be forgotten at any time.
